I hail from creative agencies with nearly 13 years of experience and a hybrid background across program management, account management, and production. I’m known for bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex marketing programs. With a startup mentality, I partner with strategy, creative, research, technology, and studio teams—along with vendors and executive clients—to turn briefs into multichannel, global campaigns that deliver on both creative ambition and business goals.
I lead new business pitches and oversee multiple concurrent campaigns, guiding work from concept through launch. Along the way, I manage large portfolios of marketing and production business, ensuring big creative ideas translate into high-quality deliverables that ship on time, on budget, and on brand. I also mentor and grow direct reports, building high-performing teams that meet milestones while maintaining exceptional craft.

With a people-centered and data-informed approach, I build scalable workflows, implement structured stage gates, develop resourcing plans for cross-disciplinary teams of 20+, anticipate and remove roadblocks, and drive alignment with stakeholders at every level.
